Laura Adams Dip CNM
Hi, I’m Laura, health coach and proud Londoner. I believe passionately that a healthy body means a healthy mind and, as with so many coaches, my own story inspired me to want to help others.
For years I battled anxiety and hormone issues. Only when I became aware of how my lifestyle was affecting my mental health, was I able to heal and feel well again.
As I approached perimenopause, I found that certain foods balanced my hormones naturally and recognised how highly processed foods gave me low mood and anxiety. I discovered balance through meditation and yoga and learnt how a simple walk in nature could dramatically affect my wellbeing.
Now in menopause, I am at my healthiest and happiest - focused, energetic and calm. I may still wake in the small hours, but now I have strategies to deal with it.
In 2022 I was delighted to qualify as a health coach at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). Coaching offers an individual approach and accountability. Simple habit and behaviour change can achieve incredible results and allow you to move forward with strength, energy and joy.
Together we tailor a bespoke programme, which will empower you to take control of your health and achieve balance, strength and vitality. I will be with you every step of the way.

Maria Khamis Dip CNM
After my son was born in 2012, I found it difficult to balance work and family life. I was stressed and exhausted, with evenings spent crying from frustration and mother’s guilt.
The balance of motherhood and work is tough, so reluctantly I gave up the job I loved as a youth and community educator.
Initially I felt better, but as a ‘full-time’ mum, I felt isolated. I missed my work and independence and my sense of identity diminished. I tried groups and met friends where possible, but the feelings of loneliness and the overwhelm of motherhood in 21C London continued.
In 2017 I started to experience gut health issues. Much of what I ate gave me stomach cramps, bloating or send me to the toilet. Tests revealed I had leaky gut and the GP told me to watch what I was eating – that was it! So began my gut healing journey.
When I discovered the link between mental/emotional health and the digestive system it was a game changer. If you’re always in fight or flight mode, ignoring symptoms, not making time to rest and nurture your body and mind, then at some point you will suffer health issues, as I did.
Training to be a health coach at The College of Naturopathic Medicine felt like a natural next step. My passion to help people thrive has always been a driving force and if you’re ready to tackle your health concerns, I am here to support you.

Rachele Dattila Dip CNM
Hello! My name is Rachele. I am an Italian born mother of three, and a Londoner since 2014.
In 2012, a lower back injury convinced me I wanted to become a Pilates instructor and two years later I completed my advanced training with the world renowned Alan Hardman, where I gained in-depth knowledge of the mechanics of body movements.
My passion for fitness and healthy eating then led me on to become a qualified health coach at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. This allowed me to offer my clients an holistic approach to wellbeing and incorporate nutritional advice to strength training programmes, stress management and sleep optimisation techniques.
My motto is ‘Be strong for life’ which highlights the importance of strength training at any age to slow down muscle loss and preserve muscle mass.
I strongly believe in the importance of quality and precision of movement, coupled with nutrition and lifestyle coaching, to take body conditioning to the next level and make you feel and look like the best version of yourself, no matter what age.
