Fitness Training Programmes
Movement is one of the key pillars of a healthy, long life and we support you by offering programmes that are specific to your age, your goals and your unique body features.
Our 60-minute initial assessment, is followed by at least two one-to-one sessions, where your form and technique are examined.
You then have the option of either a personalised programme to follow in your local gym or at home OR you may opt for personal training sessions run by our fully qualified Rep3 Instructor Rachele.
Your programme is then reviewed every 3 weeks.
We also provide a Pilates studio where you can take Reformer classes for conditioning or rehabilitation for conditions such as lower back pain, knee injuries and hip replacements.
Instructor Rachele is qualified to deliver pre and postnatal programmes, in particular for those recovering from diastasis recti.
